Photograph Submission for “I Garden: Urban Style” Book

Thank you so much for sharing your photo for use in the Fall-2010-release book, “I Garden: Urban Style” which is currently being written by us here at Urban Garden Casual.

If you photo is used in the book, you will receive a photo credit and complimentary copy of the book upon its release in December. To submit your photo please follow the three simple steps below.

Step 1: Make sure your photo is in the right File Format.

Step 2: Complete and mail in the Photo Permission Form.

Step 3: Submit photo.

FILE FORMAT

File should be saved in one of the following formats: RAW, JPEG or TIFF (.raw, .jpg or .tiff)
If submitting JPEGs please choose the highest quality setting your camera offers.
Photos should be at 300dpi
Please do not compress the image files.
We prefer to do all image manipulation (cleaning, touchup) ourselves so please do not sharpen images or use any Photoshop filters or effects.
If you are unsure if a photo meets these file format requirements, send it to us and we’ll figure it out.

PHOTO PERMISSION FORM

This form grants us permission to use your photo and list your photo credit in the book.
Download Photo Permission Form, complete, and mail to the address noted on the form. You can also submit a PDF of your signed form instead of mailing it if you prefer. Either way works. Forms can be emailed to me at reggiecasual@gmail.com

HOW TO SUBMIT PHOTO

For photos under 2MB, please email the photo to me at reggiecasual@gmail.com
For photos over 2MB, please email photo using the Filemail account I have setup for this project.

Step 1: Go to Filemail.com and login using email address: reggiecasual@gmail.com and password: urbangarden
Step 2: Click on “Send Files” in the upper left-hand menu.
Step 3: Complete the information on the page, and send the file to reggiecasual@gmail.com, upload the photo file and press “Send.”
